My name is Kelly-Ann Pendle
I am a freelance Architectural Designer, Project Manager and owner of Pendle Property Design based on the outskirts of Swindon, Wiltshire.
My career started at 17, studying for my qualifications whilst working in a management trainee position within a regional developer. After gaining many years experience with developers large & small I started Pendle Property Design.
Since beginning the business in September 2018, I have provided various clients with project support during all stages from land acquisition, planning, pre-construction, on site, through to sales & legal completions.
Our Services
Planning Applications
We can provide advice on the type of application required for your project. Co-ordinate and advise on the supporting reports & drawings required to accompany your application, aswell as providing full drawing packages, submitting and monitoring the application as your agent.
Technical Drawings
Post planning construction 'working' drawing packages provided. We are experienced in traditional and modern methods of construction. Liaison with & introduction to other consultants such as SAP / Energy & Structural Engineer as required.
Conveyance Plans
Land Registry Compliant Plans provided for first registrations, transfer of part & other land transactions as required. Pendle Property Design work closely with local estate agents & solicitors and have become a recommended & reliable provider of Land Registry plans.
Professional Consultant Certificates (PCC)
Once known as an Architect’s Certificate, the current industry standard for newly built or converted properties is a Professional Consultants Certificate (PCC).
You’ll need a PCC if you want to re-mortgage or sell a property. A PCC is valid for 10 years from the date of certification and is issued after satisfactory completion of works following a final inspection.
